How to

There are three ways to do this I believe, and I will describe what I believe to be the best and easiest one first. Get a ladder!

1 - Metal stand / base method.
- Start by making yourself a base with a pole. This one's pole appears to be about 10 feet tall, you can add clusters of balloons to the top as well, so it doesn't have to be the height you want the balloons to be.
- Inflate your orbz with nitrogen or an air pump, to make them completely firm use your hand pump for the last little bit. Securely tie a clear 260 to the bottom of each one.
- The clear with silver confetti balloons should be done with lots of confetti to achieve this look and adequately conceal the pole. To make the confetti balloons add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Immediately inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon! I make a fair number of these in all different sizes before starting construction on my garland.
- Starting at the bottom of the base, tie together your confetti - filled balloons, usually in groups of six. Build more on top and go as high as you want, branch off of the top of the column to the side, as you see here. Add little confetti balloons to the outside of your existing balloons to add size and visual structure.
Using more 260s, extend the base on all sides as you wish and add your orbz. Do this after the rest of the column is done so you can reach everything! Done!

2 - Helium and weights method.
- You will need a box of silver weights all tied together or a milk jug filled with water and covered by the silver table cover. Your balloons will also need to be filled with helium. Attach a fishing line, you will build your balloons on to it.
- Inflate your orbz, securely tie a clear 260 to the bottom of each one.
- The clear with silver confetti balloons should be done with lots of confetti to achieve this look. To make the confetti balloons add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Immediately inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon! - Starting at the bottom, tie together your confetti - filled balloons, usually in groups of six. 3 - Off of the floor wall - hanging garland method.
- Tie your fishing line to something secure a few feet off of the floor with lots of room to work.
- Inflate your orbz with nitrogen or an air pump, to make them completely firm use your hand pump for the last little bit. Securely tie a clear 260 to the bottom of each one.
- The clear with silver confetti balloons should be done with lots of confetti to achieve this look. To make the confetti balloons add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Immediately inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon! - Starting at one end, tie together your confetti - filled balloons, usually in groups of six. Tie the first group of six to the line and then securely wind the subsequent groups on after sliding them tightly into place. Make varying sizes of confetti balloons as you go. Add little confetti balloons to the outside of your existing balloons to add size and visual structure. Tie the end group on well. Add your orbz, do this after the rest of the column is finished.
- Hang your garland, done!
