How to

A great way to stun and impress at a party while taking up space and not a lot of time!

Measure the space you wish to take up, each link is about a foot long - but you have to account for arm droop as well!

Inflate two 5" black balloons just a little, to make the pupils. Tie them and inflate your 5" white one at a time, pull the black balloon through the center of the white and tie their necks together. Inflate your 36" and attach the eyes with balloon bond.

Inflate your link balloons completely with air. There appear to be 13 x 12" links in every leg. Tie them to themselves in the center, along with the head. Hang from the ceiling and walls!

Inflate your clear balloons with helium and tie them at different sizes and heights on the fishing line, tie them around the room.
