How to

To make the confetti balloon add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Immediately inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon!

Inflate the rest of your foils and latex - adding hi float to the latex if you want them to last as long as the confetti balloons. Pull down into a bouquet, tie them 1.5' below the lowest balloon, tie to a weight and cut and curl your extra ribbons. Done!
