How to

Tie your fishing line to something secure a few feet off of the floor with lots of room to work. You can also make this based on a stand and metal pole curved at the top.

To make your garland, starting at one end, tie together your solid and agate balloons in all sizes, tied in pairs and then wind them together in groups of six. Tie the first group of six to the line and then securely wind the subsequent groups on after sliding them tightly into place. Make varying sizes of confetti balloons as you go. Add little balloons to the outside of your existing balloons to add size and visual structure. Tie the end group on well. Attach and you're done!
