How to

Inflate your foil stars and latex balloons. Each row has two latex balloons, one silver and one pearl white. Pull one of each down until they are at the same level, then add the blue star on top. Holding these, pull down more pairs and put them under the top pair, just touching the ones on top. There will be four rows of pairs, unless you wish to do more. Tie them to a weight, cut and curl the ribbons, and add a quad of 5" silver and pearl to your weight to finish!

For balloons to last more than 10 - 12 hours, add hi float!
