How to

To make these clouds you start from the center of them. Inflate a quad of 11" white balloons full - sized. Inflate another quad of white balloons, slightly smaller than the first. Tie this quad by the necks to the first, duplicate this process and tie the third quad to the other side of your first. Going down the line on both sides of your cloud continue this process, slowly making the quads smaller each time as you go. Hang using fishing line!

To make the pink and blue balloons:
1 - With hi float - Hi float your coloured balloons first, then using a firm straw or smooth stick insert it into the clear balloon. Inflate the clear balloon a little first, about 1/3 of the total amount of helium needed, then inflate the pink or blue balloon inside of it the rest of the 2/3. Add a little more to either as needed.
Tie the neck of the inside balloon around the neck of the clear balloon and your piece of fishing line. Pull down into your bundles and tie to a weight.
2 - With no hi float - Using a firm straw or smooth stick insert it into the clear balloon. Inflate the clear balloon a little first, about 1/3 of the total amount of helium needed, then inflate the pink or blue balloon inside of it the rest of the 2/3. Add a little more to either as needed.
