How to

Tie four weights together at each end of your fishing line (8 weights total). The longer the banner them more weights are needed to keep it in place. I loop - tie the ends of the fishing line so I can adjust the length of the banner. I also sometimes add the child's name too. Start with about 30 feet between your weights.

Inflate your balloons, use hi float if you need them to last for more than one day. Tie them with the fishing line in the knot.

Using the straw inflate your letters and numbers. Script letters can be used also, they look great with the block numbers. You will also need clear tape. Use a 2 inch piece to tape the balloon over the fishing line and back to itself. If you can put it over the tabs or the crease in the edge then your letters and numbers will be able to be slid up and down the line as needed. Add all of your numbers and letters. Done!
