How to

A bright and fun garland that is easy to make and lasts a long time.

Using a hand pump or electric inflator inflate your letters, they are all air - filled, heat - seal them if necessary.

Securely tie your fishing line in an area that has space for you to work. Inflate your 5" and 11" balloons to the desired size tied together in groups of 5 or six and add to your line. Securely attach the first group of balloons about 2 feet down the line by tying them on. This extra line is for hanging.

Make your garland as compact and varying in size as possible. When it is long enough securely tie off the last group of balloons. Attach your garland to the wall and tape your letters to the wall. Done!
