How to

Inflate your It's a Boy super shape as per the directions in the package, then tie it to a ribbon and a weight.

These confetti balloons are made using 24" clear latex balloons and no high float!

To make your confetti balloons you will need a funnel and a pen to push the confetti through the funnel and into the balloon. We used a lot of confetti for these, about a shot glasses' worth of each colour in the 24", less in the 11". Next inflate your balloons using a mixture of gasses, about 10% air (we used a zoom or hand pump) and 90% pure helium. Tie your balloon and shake the confetti around, use your shirt or a lose cloth all over the balloon to create static electricity. For the most part the confetti will stay where it lands! Tie your balloons to individual weights or with your super shape. Cut a little of the the metallic curtains and tie it to the neck of the balloon. Put together in a bundle and you're done!
