Haunted Halloween Confetti Bouquet

How to

An awesome halloween bouquet! Inflate your tombstone and 11" black latex with helium and tie using the wide ribbon.

To make your confetti you will need a funnel and a pen. We used quite a lot of confetti to make this balloon, a good sized handful of black and a second good sized handful of orange. Insert the confetti into the balloon using the funnel and pen, inflate with a little bit of air (say 10 - 15% of the total volume), and use helium for the rest. Tie your balloon to a wide ribbon and rub it on fabric to create static which will distribute the confetti all over the inside of your surface. You may also use hi float, but for these pictures we did not. Assemble your bouquet, tie to a weight and you are done!
