How to

Using a funnel, or another person to pull open the neck of your black balloon, insert either pink or blue confetti. Inflate your balloon with helium and tie it to both a pink ribbon and a blue ribbon.

Inflate three blue balloons and three pink balloons with helium and tie them to their matching ribbons. Tie everything to a weight or two. Done!
