How to

So cute and has a huge WOW factor!

The clear with rose gold confetti balloons should be done with lots of confetti to achieve this look. To make the confetti balloon add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Immediately inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon!

Pull the tulle over your 36" confetti balloon and use ribbon to tie it to the base of the balloon. Trim the bottoms to give a layered look.

Inflate your three rose gold orbz and tie their ribbons with that of the 36", cut and curl the ribbons a foot and a half from the bottom of the lowest orb, and tie them to a pair or trio of weights.
