How to

Securely tie your fishing line in an area that has space for you to work. Use a hand pump or electric inflator for these balloons. Inflate your 5" and 11" balloons to the desired size tied together in groups of 5 or six and add to your line. Securely attach the first group of balloons about 2 feet down the line by tying them on. This extra line is for hanging. You can make your garland as short or long as you'd like! When you are finished securely tie your fishing line to the last group of balloons and leave a few feet for hanging.

You will want to make and add your confetti balloons when the rest of your latex balloons are done. To make the gold confetti balloons add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Immediately inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon to a clear 260. Use the 260 to tie the confetti balloon wherever you wish to on your garland. You can even use the ends of the 260s to attach your "baby" script even more firmly.

Inflate your script letters "baby" and string them on the fishing line leaving a couple of extra feet of fishing line on each end. Use the fishing line to tie your word to the garland. Hang it and you're done!
