How to

So adorable!

Start by inflating each of your balloons. Each bouquet needs
- 1 x 18" silver star
- 1 x 18" blue star
- 2 x 11" pearl caribbean blue
- 1 x 11" pearl blue
- 1 x baby blue bear bubble
- 1 x silver orb
- 2 x 18" clear latex with blue and silver confetti. To make the confetti balloons add a fair amount of high float to the clear balloon. Rub the balloon to completely coat the inside with high float. Quickly put the balloon over the end of the funnel, with the bottom of the funnel reaching all the way down the neck of the balloon. Add your desired amount of confetti to the funnel and push it through with your pen. Inflate to your desired size and tie the balloon!
- Silver 7" letters B-O-Y hung from your gumball balloon and taped to a ribbon
- 1 x polka dot bubble with 5" pearl blue gumball and a 5" quad neck. With a smooth stick or chopstick, insert your 5" balloons one at a time into the polka dot bubble and tie. It's simple! Do as many as you like, I think this one has about 10.

Hold all of your balloons by their ribbons in a group and arrange them, starting from the top down. Tie the ribbons together at the height you want and tie them to your weight.
