Party Empire Training Center

We place a high value on training and education as a way for you to develop your business. We offer three types of classes: balloon decorating, balloon twisting and basic floral design. Our staff of experienced instructors are not only Certified Balloon Artists (CBA's) but have years of decorating and retail experience and are excited to share their knowledge with you.

HANDS-ON LEARNING - where all your questions will be heard and answered. We believe that the only group you should have to deal with is the one you organize to attend the class with you - otherwise it's just you, the balloons and the instructor. We have found over the years that large group classes with participants of different skill sets at different levels can be fun and socially entertaining BUT not too practical. We have proven that our shorter, more intense and personalized classes give you the training and knowledge that you need to take away and can immediately and confidently put to use.

Cost: Each 3 hour class is $297 plus tax for the first person, additional people are only $75 plus tax per class.

Dates: Monday - Friday classes start at 10:00 a.m. or at 5:00 p.m

2. go on-line to www.partyempire.com and complete the Purchase Application in full including credit card info
3. you will receive an email with your receipt and class confirmation
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. This is to guarantee your date and time. Any change of date or time will incur a 20% change fee. Class fees are non-refundable - the original payment will be held as a credit for use on the new date/time. Thanks for understanding that the time booked is reserved for you and all others are refused.
Maximum Results: because classes are hands-on, we recommend that you keep your group to a maximum of 4 people per class. This is to ensure that each student gets the maximum amount of time, attention and instruction that they require to properly learn the hand-on techniques.
Also, we recommend that following the Intro to Balloons class, you take at least a week to practice what you have learned and then book the Amazing Bouquets class after that.
