Anytime you submit an order with 20 or more foils or bubbles, one of them will be free.
We will apply a discount for the amount of the lowest priced balloon on the order.

Once we receive the order, at invoicing, we will apply the discount to your order.

This deal is meant to help with expenses with defective balloons.
By our policy we can't accept returns of open packages, so this deal is to help you with that cost.

The FOILS DEAL applies ONLY to foils or bubble balloons (40" megaloons are excluded)
This FOILS DEAL will be ONLY applied by unique order and unique customer. Only once, per day.

This deal is available from February 1st 2019, and it can be cancelled by Party Empire at any time.
