If you are a "registered business" interested in purchasing/reselling our products, we require all new customers to complete the "Purchase Application" and fax, email or mail it back SIGNED along with a copy of one of the following Acceptable COMPANY IDENTIFICATIONS: your business license, resale tax certificate, government registration, yellow page ad or void imprinted business cheque.

Upon receipt of your completed application and company ID, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to check prices and place orders.
